DESCRIPTION:Dusk falls\, the air is brisk\, and the sounds of the forest come to life in a different way. Experience the beauty of Doe Mountain at night by the soft\, warm glow of lantern light\n\n\n\nWhen: Friday\, September 26th at 7 p.m and Friday\, October 24th at 6:30 p.m – weather permitting\n\n\n\nWhere: Doe Mountain Recreation Area located at 1203 Harbin Hill\, Mountain City TN.\n\n\n\nSave the date so you can save your spot as Registration is required for this event! In order to do so\, just give us a call at 423-460-1295 between the hours of 8 a.m and 4:30 p.m\, any day of the week! Or give us a visit in person and we’ll sign ya right up \n\n\n\nThere will only be 16 hikers permitted for the lantern walk\, must be 12 years of age or older. This is a two mile hike! Closed-toe shoes suitable for hiking are recommended\, as well as weather-appropriate clothing.\n\nLanterns will be provided! For the comfort of all\, no other source of light is permitted (headlamps\, flashlights\, etc.)\n\n\n\nDoe Mountain Annual Pass holders are free\, otherwise a day or annual pass is required to participate.
